The nutty, roasted tieguanyin base has an aroma like petrichor — that lovely scent after fresh rain — letting the baked apple flavor shine. A subtle tartness of baked apple peel lingers in the finish. Delicious hot or iced; a touch of milk creates an even richer caramel flavor. Created in collaboration with LA restaurant Bestia.
